What do you get when asking for help on a job in mafia wars?

My first question is how do you ask for help on a job in Mafia Wars in the first place?
Secondly, sometimes I help out other friends with jobs, i get some exp and money, but what do they get. Essentially, if I asked my friends for help on a job, what would I get if they helped out?

It's pretty easy! Open the windows in different tabs. Keep refreshing the main page of Facebook. Click on the image quickly. If there are more than one Mafia Wars posts, open them in different tabs.
Second Question: You earn amount of money and experiences by helping in the job your friend requests. It all depends on the level of each job. Ex. If it's boss job, then you are able to earn more money than earning money and exp. after helping his/her job request in Street Thug job.
If your doing a job and you ask people to help you on your job, people get money and exp, then they are helping you finish the job. If you are helping out people on a job, you get money and exp, then you help them finish the job.
