How to Make a Huge Mafia on Mafia Wars Facebook?

I play Mafia Wars on Facebook, and i want to know how to get alot of people into my mafia. I've seen alot of links to click to add people but it doesnt seem to do anything when i click them. Please somebody tell me how to use the links and leave your link to in the answer.

You must add a lot of friends in your list. Then, go to Mafia Wars and click 'My Mafia (#)' button on top right hand corner of the game page.
Click the button next to your friends to invite them.
You can also add links to someone, so someone can join your group.
You have to add them as your friend first, before you can add them to your Mafia. Go to the official "Add me" thread in the forums and it shouldn't be long before you can increase your mafia size.
