Open Question: How come the size of my wish list, on mafia wars, on facebook, is different from other peoples?

I can only add 3 items to my wish list yet some of my friends have 5 and then when you send them things that item is replaced with another? Why? and what’s going on? How come I can’t add 5 things to my wishlist?
